"Hum dum de dum dum...." holly thought as she sat in her psychology class. The teacher was lecturing on, and on about feelings, such as love, hate, joy, happiness, and what not. There was a loud groan when the teacher announced a project with partners. Holly was among the groaners. She twisted backwards to look at the person that sat behind her. "Hey, you." she said. "Wanna be my partner?"

Kyle looked up from his head-down-position. "Hmm?" He asked, blinking the white spots out of his eyes. He shook off the cold sweat from his nightmare and focused on the girl talking to him. He smiled crookedly. "Partners? Sure, if you can handle my sun like presence."

"Don't make me slap you, boy." Holly replied simply, rolling her eyes. Hell, this boy was c-u-t-e cute! To slap such a pretty face would, and should be illegal! " So, I think we should do our thing on love, seems the easiest."

Kyle's blue eyes glittered with amusement. "Okay, well how about these topics: 'To love is to destroy' or 'Love is always aimless, unless it's with yourself'. I personally like the second one." He glanced at her once. She was beautiful, but he was used to those types, that would shove themselves into his face until he ran from that life. He raised his eyebrows at Holly's uninterested expression.

"Hmm.." Holly mused carefully. "I like that." the subject wasn't the only thing she liked! "Love is aimless, sounds good to me." she said, shrugging.

Kyle grinned. "Of course it is, that's basically what Shakespeare tried to teach us, right? That's why he poisoned Juliet and made Romeo commit suicide." He shook his black hair out of his eyes. "And still people try."

Holly smirked. "I suppose so, though I think a bullet to both their heads would have been a bit better, he dragged it one bit, ya know?" she said, her smirk still on her face. "I blame him for the idea that suspense in movies and T.V shows is a good thing."

Kyle shrugged. "Yeah, probably. If you ask me, he should be called 'the Evil Mastermind behind the reason that children have to learn Language Arts instead sleeping in' instead of 'the writer of classics'. How mundane is that?" He said, straightening up instead of slouching. "And thanks to him, the 21st century is full of winy chick pop songs about love." He shuddered.

Holly laughed lightly, and nodded in her agreement. "Yea, we should protest in favor of renaming him that." she replied. "Aw, you poor thing, having to listen to girl music." she said, rolling her eyes. "All boy songs are about making love, huh?"

Kyle's grin widened. "Well, after all, all guy singers are gay, while all girl singers only complain about how stupid a guy is or how bitchy another girl is for stealing her guy."
