Alucard's voice was just white noise when Amanda got scent on his blood. she twisted and cycled her mouth around his self inflicted wound. She suckled, and was much like a newborn baby nursing, only, she was taking in blood. The blood tasted different, it wasn't human, nor animal. But never the less, it tasted good. As the blood flowed into her mouth, she could feel herself change, but she was deep in lust right this minuet, so she ignored it as she drank in heavy amounts.

Well. Aren't you just the greedy one? Alucard thought. Amanda's teeth were like sharp little needles against his fur, and he growled if she bit down too hard. When he figured she'd consumed enought to calm down and satiate the thirst, he forcibly pulled his leg away, but kept his paws holding her down. |

Amanda got one last mouth full before he pulled away. She wiggled softly so she was laying against him, as if she were a puppy taking a nap. She put her thumb in her mouth, as this was an age old way of self soothing for her. She closed her eyes, and relaxed her body completely.

Once he saw that the threat had passed, Alucard changed back into his original form, and scooped the girl up into his arms, teleporting them to his dorm, where he laid Amanda down on his bed and sat down next to her, covering his face with his hands. |

Amanda licked her lips as she napped in Alucard's bed, making sounds with her mouth as if she were eating.

"I know you're not really asleep," Alucard murmured. Vampires didn't have a need to sleep, but some did anyway. "Amanda. Do you realize what you could have put at stake today?" he asked. |

Amanda reluctantly opened her eyes, though she was still coming back down to earth from taking in so much blood as she did. "Mhmmm...." she mused and turned over too her back was to Alucard.

Amanda finny sat up, though he shoulders slouched a bit. "Whats the big deal?" she grumbled. "We're designed to drink humans." she began. "We're supposed to kill them so they don't over populate the whole freaking planet."

Alucard narrowed his eyes. "That's because you think the way other vampires think. But, being with vampires that do think that way, its not surprising." He sighed, and forced himself to look at Amanda straightly. "Don't ever forget that you were human once, too. Its true that we were designed for this, but that doesn't mean we have to treat them like they're nothing but food. They have lives, just like we do, and we need to respect that."
"What if I killed Helena because I was 'thirsty'?" Alucard ventured. "What if you killed Holly? If you can't control your thirst, you will be ruled by it. How do you think I'm able to walk around without totally loosing it?" |
