"Now than, go back up there." Holly said, setting Gwen on her feet. "Don't hurt our Mommy Gwen, she can't take the sucker punches." she said, sounding stern. She turned Gwen around and swatted her butt with her hand, not nearly enough to hurt, just to leave a sting, and make a point. "Go up there."

Gwen stared at Holly and rolled her eyes. Then walked up the stairs and said "Mom... I guess I could have another little sister." As she remembered that she already had a little sister, just not a blood one.

Martha was sitting on Gwen's bed, and looked up at her daughter and smiled, pulling her into her lap. She smiled. "When you were younger I had to practically twist your arm around to get you to were a dress."

Gwen smiled and said "Well, clearly I like dresses now. You turned me into a huge girly girl. Though I still have some tomboy traits."

Martha smiled. "Indeed I did." she laughed, and set Gwen on her feet, and stood up. "Mind helping me with Dinner doll?"

Gwen smiled and said in a country accent "Alright Ma! I shall go get a chicken from the barn!' She smirked and skipped downstairs to the kitchen.

Martha smirked and rolled her eyes, and followed Gwen down stairs. "Holly?" Martha said as she hit the floor under the staircase's last step. "Go help Gwen in the barn." Holly nodded. "Yes ma'am!" and she was off, following Gwen as, she wanted to ask her some questions. Martha smiled, and went to the book shelf and pulled out a large photo book. it was old, and had dust on it. Martha had shown photo books to Gwen before, but this one, this one was from way back when. This one, was from the cult.

Gwen took out a pot, putting it on the stove with water in it. She set the water to boil, she put noodles in and begun to stir it. She started some gravy in another pot on another burner. Then she started making meatballs and the sauce. She didn't take one year of cooking class for nothing. She knew that Holly probably found her in the kitchen and Gwen said "Can you keep stirring the gravy till it's thicker?"

"Sure thing." Holly nodded as she walked over and began to stir. "So Gwen..." she said. "What... Was it like to, uh... Live with mom and Dad?" she knew it was an awkward question, but... For someone who grew up with adoptive parents, foster homes, and other horrors, it was... a perplexing concept to Handel.... Happiness...

Gwen shrugged and said "Well, it was all happy and rainbows. But that was until momma died in that meteor freak storm. Then it was much more dreary. Dad remarried, and my life became hell. Going to many different schools. And then I came to Havens, and met you guys and then you ressurected mom." She was finished making the sauce and meatballs. She had placed all of the meatballs covered in sauce on the cookie sheets, and placed them in the oven.
