Emily started crying. She did NOT like being left alone. She ran to the door and started pulling on it madly. Emily had some serious separation issues, and in her mind, April had just locked her away from her Daddy. He was gone, gone and she'd never see him again because she was trapped in this room forever. She had to get out, the space of the room was closing in on her, and her stomach was doing flips. She ran to the window in the room, and climbed onto the roof, and onto a near by tree branch, and began to make her way down the tree. When she reached the ground, she took off running.

//OOC: hurray for even more problematic situations//
Alucard sighed again. If they kept squabbling amongst themselves, what would happen to the cooperation and unity needed to survive in an unfamiliar place? When April came back downstairs, he grabbed his red coat, dusting it off with his hands, and threw it on himself. "Don't leave her completely alone," Alucard advised, unaware that Emily already fled the coop, so to speak. "Check in once every fifteen to twenty minutes. I'll be back as soon as I can."
With that, Alucard left once more, keeping what April said about her clothes sizes in mind.

April nodded. "I will." and sank into a chair, calming down and becoming exhausted. The one problem with having no one to talk to, now that Alucard was gone, was that you began to think. And she began to think about why they were here, what was happening at the Havens, and what she had dreamed about. She shook off her thoughts, and decided to go check on Emily. When she got to the empty room, she panicked. "Emily!" she half called, half shrieked, than began to search for Alucards waves. Alucard, Emily isn't here! she thought frantically, and looked out the open window out into the streets.

Alucard was browsing through an empty clothing department store. It made him feel vulnerable, being completely alone. Is there no one here but me, April, and Emily? The thought lingered in the uneasy silence as Alucard checked the tag of a longsleeve designer shirt for April. He'd made sure to find clothes for warm conditions and for cold conditions, as he had no clue what the weather here was like.
Then a thought was projected into his psyche. Alucard, Emily isn't here! Great. He couldn't leave those two alone for five minutes. At that moment, Alucard felt like tearing at his hair in frustration. Emily was off somewhere in an unfamiliar, possibly dangerous place, with no clue from April as to where she was. Alucard took a moment to calm himself before thinking back to April, Okay, I'll be back in a few minutes with your's and Emily's clothes, and then I suppose I'll go look for her.
Hopefully she got the thought; he didn't know how far too far was from his standing point to where April was. With three bags full of clothes, Alucard left the store and ran towards the town hall, the buildings and street all a blur. Maybe he'd spot her on the way back.

I wake up sprawled on the ground. I keep my eyes shut, the memory of all of the monsters I'd seen before I'd gone is still haunting me. I don't know if I'll still see them when I open my eyes. I can tell just from lying down that I'm on asphalt. The warm, sticky wet feeling is familiar and actually kind of soothing. It's warm here, the air feels like a blanket that's covering me.
I finally decide that lying on the ground with my eyes close won't do me much good. I slowly open my eyes and everything comes into such sharp focus that it's painful. The reality of this comes crashing down on me, and I realize that the monsters never existed. My brain compares this new world with the once I just left and finds the old world to be insurmountably false. So the monsters were never really there. I think, feeling like the worlds biggest ass. I also feel incredibly free. Being scared like that... I never want to feel like that again.
Around me, there is so much sound it's baffling. There are birds in the trees, voices from just out of sight, and the continuous sound of leaves rubbing against each other. I get up and look around, fining that I had been lying down on a black path surrounded by some kind of dense forest. It's not unlike the one I just left, but it feels densely other. I hadn't noticed it before when I had my eyes closed, but now there's no way around it.
I pick a direction and start walking. As I walk I hear voices getting louder until I make it out of the trees and almost run into someone. It takes me a moment to realize who it is, which is odd because I don't know anyone else who looks anything like him.
"Alucard? You're here too?" I ask, confused. I'd thought that I was dreaming earlier, but I never dream of other people this clearly.

As he ran, Alucard's mind began to drift into different scenarios and situations, trying to think like a four year old. Where would a four year old go? Perhaps April could have handled the situation a bit less harshly. He understood how she felt; sometimes he felt that way too, when trying to deal with an independent [somewhat] and defiant little girl. But for this to happen..
The sudden appearance of Cassidee jerked Alucard out of his thoughts, and he stopped just short of slamming into her. "Cass..?" he panted, backing up so she had some space. "Yeah, I'm here. Where did you come from?"

I scratch my head, having to think this one through. "Uh, I dunno really. The sky I think. I kinda fainted and ended up here." I look around, still not sure where 'here' is. It just looks like a normal city. I notice the clothes and stuff Alucard's carrying. "Um, you're not planning on wearing those, right?"

For the first time in a long time, Alucard burst out laughing. "Heh heh, no. These are for April and Emily," he replied, then frowned. "Except Emily disappeared since I've been gone. Which is just great."

April received the message easily, and sighed. Great, now Alucard's mad at me. April could tell by his tone. She jumped out of the window, mostly because it would take to long to walk back downstairs, but also because it seemed pure fun. She landed balanced, and shot off running all the time turning her head left and right, searching for Emily's brain waves, which were nowhere to be found. You'd think that she'd notice that Alucard and Cass were in front of her, but she didn't and barreled right into them. "Shit." she huffed, as she bounced back and fell onto he floor. "Sorry!"

Emily was sitting at a bar, guzzling down things she thought tasted good. The vodka was really good, the beer wasn't half bad, and the wine had some age to it making it perfect. She was a bit dizzy, and was having a bad case of the hiccups, and giggles. She scooted down from the bar stool, a bottle of vodka clasped in her tiny palm as she walked out. She sat down in the middle of the street and chugged to her hearts content, as all the bad feelings went away.
